Hola a tots!!
arranquem nou projecte!! aquesta setmana hem començat la reforma d'una vivenda. No és una reforma integral, actuem en diversos punts que us aniré ensenyant.
Hem començat pel bany principal situat a la planta superior, aquí el veieu tal com és ara. El canvi principal que ens demanaven era canviar la banyera per un plat de dutxa. La nostra proposta ha anat una mica més enllà i plantegem obrir un pas del bany al vestidor que actualment és a l'habitació del costat. Creiem més pràctic tenir el vestidor a prop del bany, ja que normalment el circuit rutinari matinal... (per dir-ho d'alguna manera... jjejej) és WC-DUTXA-LAVABO-VESTIDOR-LAVABO i cap a la cuina a esmorzar o ràpid a treballar no???
Ens hem trobat amb una paret estranya... ja que temps enrera aquest bany no existia i era terrssa, per tant la paret on hi hem de fer el pas era paret de façana i a més també hi passa el tub de l'extractor de la cuina. Això es fa plantjar el resultat un cop repiquem la paret i sapiguem exactament per on passa la xemeneia i com és aquesta paret de façana.
I el que ens hem trobat és això. Un envà fet amb totxana foradada... que això vol dir que no és molt molt forta, la càmera aïllant i un envà.
Això ens fa canviar una mica el projecte, ja no podrem instal.lar un sanitari suspès ja que no podem empotrar la cisterna i no podem fer una pas molt ample.
A més ens trobem amb una viga a mitja alçada (foto següent) que l'haurem de retallar una miqueta i això es obliga a fer un petit pilar a sota per tal de massissar l'espai i aguantar la viga que anirà sobre el pas que fem nou.
Sí ja ho sé... és una mica complicat... però així són les reformes!! jejej a mi m'agrada.... prendre decisions al moment!
A la foto podeu veure marcada la viga a mitja alçada i el pilar massissat a sota. Això és així, perquè davant del lavabo hi ha una part reculada, ho podeu veure a la primera imatge. Nosaltres hem decidit que aquest espai l'aprofitarem per la banda del vestidor... i així trenquem la forma tant allargada.
El lampista gairebé té fetes les instal.lacions d'aigua i desaigua i ja podrem formar el plat de dutxa que us ensenyaré al proper post!!

I do not know if it's just me or if everybody else encountering problems with your site. It looks like some of the text on your posts are running off the screen. Can somebody else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them as well? This might be a problem with my internet browser because I've had this happen previously. Cheers
